For over 26 years, FIS has been delivering exceptional insulation services with a focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Founded in 2000 by Stan Maddux in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, the company quickly established itself as a leader in spray foam insulation for residential, commercial, and agricultural projects throughout Colorado and New Mexico. Stan's dedication to craftsmanship and his deep knowledge of the industry built a strong reputation for energy-efficient, durable installations that stand the test of time.
New Ownership
In 2026, I (Michael Richline) proudly acquired FIS with a clear vision: to preserve the legacy of excellence that Stan and the team have created while bringing fresh energy and expanded capabilities to serve even more customers. We are fully committed to upholding the same high standards of product quality, meticulous installation, and personalized service that have defined FIS for more than two and a half decades.
As we look ahead, we're excited to grow our footprint. Building on our strong foundation in Colorado and New Mexico, we plan to extend our expert spray foam services into West Texas, where my background with Gadsden Buildings provides a solid base to better serve the region's growing construction and energy-efficiency needs.
